WITH NORTHWESTERN CORPORATION
RAPID CITY, SDFebruary 7, 2006Black Hills Corporation (NYSE: BKH) announced today that it had entered into a confidentiality agreement with NorthWestern Corporation (Nasdaq: NWEC).
